For a limited period, the windows of Dior’s flagship store on 30 Avenue Montaigne were home to enchanted creatures, each hand-made from recycled objects and fabrics left over from the House’s artisans. The intricacy of the creations was a testament to the artisans’ excellence and creativity – and the AR experience needed to highlight and elevate this.

Through the lens of the spectator 

As the users scanned the building through the lens of their phones, they were able to witness the enchanting scene come to life – from deers and foxes roaming the streets to birds and butterflies taking flight from window sills. Tying the experience to the building itself meant that more people visited the street and the store to share their experiences.

Simone’s work for our flagship boutique brought an extra dimension of magic and engagement to the window displays. The success of this project reflected Simone’s willingness and eagerness to really push the technology to create innovative and high-quality experiences. It also validated just how vital AR is to our retail experiences.
